Susanne is an award winning watercolor artist living in La Jolla CA. Growing up in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana she was fortunate to be inspired at a young age by the beauty of nature. Later, this inspiration would be fueled by her many road trips across the country. Recently, she has added international travel to her portfolio.
Susanne embarked on a professional art career in 2000, after many years working as and teaching nursing. She has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to study under some very talented artists , including Jeff Watts. She spent many years studying drawing at Jeff Watts Atelier, where she learned an appreciation for the classical approach to studying art. She has also studied with many nationally know artists such as Don Andrews, Frank Francese, Gerald Brommer and Frank Webb.
Currently, works are being exhibited at the San Diego Watercolor Society and the La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology.
